Information clause regarding the rules of processing personal data

According to Article 13 (1) and (2) of the European Council and European Commission (EU) 2016/679 from April 27th, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons in the aspect of processing personal data and the free exchange of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (GDPR), in force from May 25th, 2018 we would like to inform you that:

Processing of your personal data will take place on the basis of Article 6 (1) and GDPR, which you voluntarily agree to. The data will be processed in the so-called legitimate interest, which includes handling and considering submitted applications, questions or letters. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, will not be profiled and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.

The purpose and the basis of data processing: the personal data provided will be processed in order to answer the request, question or letter sent to Dompress Sp. z o.o. Sp. kom. based on Article 6 (1f) of the European Council and European Commission (EU) 2016/679 from April 27th, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons in the aspect of processing personal data and the free exchange of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/WE,(hereinafter referred to as: GDPR).
Recipients of data: we can only transfer the obtained data to: a) the processing entities to whom we entrust activities requiring data processing (for example to the entity hosting the website www.prestigepr.pl), b) the entities or bodies entitled to obtain personal data on the basis of applicable law.

Data storage period: We will store your personal data for a period of time allowing for the completion of activities related to answering a question or a letter.

Rights of the data subject: the person who provided the personal data has the right to access their data, the right to rectify it, delete it, limit the processing, withdraw the consent, transfer data and submit objections. If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject also has the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Voluntariness / obligation to provide data: Providing data in the form of name, address, e-mail is completely voluntary.
