Walter Herz consulting company is expanding its range of services by launching a new business line—Walter Herz Luxury Residential. Katarzyna Goryszewska has been appointed as the Head of Luxury Residential Agency to lead the new division.
Walter Herz is accelerating its business development and has announced the opening of Walter Herz Luxury Residential. The agency will assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of luxury properties in Poland. The services offered by the new entity include comprehensive consulting, market forecasting, investment analysis, client representation during contract negotiations, and end-to-end transaction process management.
Katarzyna Goryszewska, appointed as the head of the new Walter Herz business line, is a lawyer by education. She is a recognized professional with 19 years of experience in the residential real estate market. Her specialized skills were honed during her tenure as the long-serving Operations Director of Złota 44. Throughout her career, she has also collaborated with several development companies, including Orco Poland, BBI Development, and Agro-man.
In her new role, Katarzyna Goryszewska will oversee the operations of a dedicated team and implement processes related to the purchase, sale, rental, and management of luxury properties. Her responsibilities also include introducing procedures for premium client services. Katarzyna’s expertise will actively contribute to Walter Herz’s business growth, offering invaluable support for projects in the demanding premium real estate market.
